Before I began coaching I was not in a very good place in life. I was confused as to why I was stuck in such a bad place both personally and professionally. I couldn’t seem to get out of my own way. Michael Rager volunteered to assist WHCC as it assembled a committee to host its first Chick-fil-a Leadercast Event in 2012.
